There's a cave full of jade North, North East of town. We went to find the party that disappeared there a month ago but we could only find two of them dead. They were being devoured by horrible crab/spider/worm heads the size of dinner plates!
They looked like they were just babies! We ran away but I fear their mother is still somewhere close. You'll find the cave past the hills and plains. If you see a 100ft tall glowing tree you're on the right path. When the forest has surrounded you on the east and west you will find a cave.

Jade you say? Good enough chunks can fetch a high price no matter where you are. I would like to adventure out and investigate this.
