This form is written neatly out on stiff card, and matches the previous forms sent in by the procedurally-minded Ambassador Panbas.

Purpose: Resolving a situation to the satisfaction of Loran, Prelate of Bahamut. The situation consists of a Copper Dragon generating black 'evil' ooze. V sticky. Dragon is to be 'saved.'

Urgency: High (Prelate is paying for the best, and soon)
