Following the massacre at the Jarvenol Gala, 3 figures are distinctly unaccounted for amongst the dead. The first is Gianna Madhand - mayor of Jarvenol and declared Vanguard cultist. The second is Raksus Highwatch, nominal leader of the Errant Guard. The third is Nimbus, Air Genasi, apparently cultist according to the vague testimony of Serpentine, and Conductor of the K'ul Goranian National Orchestra.
