A note in blocky, angular script appears on the job boards at all reputable taverns and hostelries:
“Adventurers of the Dawnlands, I have a matter of some urgency that requires resolution. It will no doubt be extremely dangerous, and you will of course be appropriately compensated for your assistance. Please report to the Sunfast at your earliest convenience.

Beneath it is an addendum in an elegant but hurried scrawl:
“Assisting our allies in Vorsthold is of the utmost urgency. The council will provide transport to the southern edge of the Feythorne Forest, though I’m afraid you’ll need to make your own way back.
