In great secret, Taffeta tells a selected group of adventurers that her family are in immediate danger and she need to go to Phlegethos without delay to finish off a rakshasa named Khingo. Those willing and able to help should meet her near New Hillborrow, at the small lake where the Hillborrow stream goes underneath the hill, after dark on the first day of the Sunsets' Claw. She warns them that the fiend's allies may be looking for her and could be anyone. They must tell nobody, not even someone they trust, and they must make sure they aren't followed and don't attract attention. She also warns them that they should protect themselves against fire and heat if they can, and she can help them make fire-resistant armour if they want it.
