In the darkest corner of the Three Headed Ettin sits a dwarf, all by himself. As you walk past him, you overhear him mumbling.
"See all these high and mighty adventurers strutting about? They think they own the world, can do everything! Forgetting all the little people that are only starting out, or never even got a chance! But we will show them, oh yes!"
He notices you, standing there, listening in.
"Oy! You there! Dont just stand there, evesdropping! Come over here. You look like the adventuring type. Just starting out? Well, do I have a proposition for you..."
